Each morning, the Mandala invites you to discover its signature brunch around a generous, elegant, and entirely homemade buffet.

Inspired by the flavours of Mauritius and the great brunch classics, our buffet showcases fresh, local and seasonal products: artisanal breads, viennoiseries, homemade granola, fresh fruits, daily pastries, hot drinks and gourmet creations prepared each morning.

Each day, a different signature egg recipe completes the experience: Benedict with smoked marlin, Florentine, homemade Chakchouka, or creamy truffle scrambled eggs.
