What's the difference between Île Plate and Îlot Gabriel ?

Île Plate (Flat Island) is the larger of the two, with its historic lighthouse; Îlot Gabriel, right next to it, shelters the most photogenic lagoon where catamarans anchor. The outing usually combines both.

Is the outing suitable for children ?

Yes, the catamaran is stable and the lagoon is shallow. The sailing takes about 1h each way, so bring sun protection for the little ones.
