Île Plate (Flat Island) is the larger of the two, with its historic lighthouse; Îlot Gabriel, right next to it, shelters the most photogenic lagoon where catamarans anchor. The outing usually combines both.

Yes, the catamaran is stable and the lagoon is shallow. The sailing takes about 1h each way, so bring sun protection for the little ones.
